We do offer exchanges solely in cases of manufacturing defects. Should you receive a product with such a defect, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, the defective item must be returned in its original condition and packaging for an exchange. This policy is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. For any exchange inquiries or to report a defect, please reach out to us.
