Caga Toy processes and ships orders Monday through Friday during standard business hours, aiming for prompt dispatch within 1-2 business days, though this may extend during holidays and major sales. Shipping estimates start once the courier has picked up the package and are designed for non-rural addresses, excluding weekends and holidays. While we are committed to fast and efficient service, Caga Toy cannot guarantee specific delivery times or be held liable for delays once an order has shipped, exclusively servicing North America. Please note, that during peak times such as Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, and other significant sales events, as well as in inclement weather or holiday seasons, deliveries may face courier-induced delays, making it challenging to guarantee shipping dates.

Caga Toy cannot assure the continuous availability of products; occasionally, items may run out of stock unexpectedly and cannot be included in your order. Should this occur, we will promptly inform the customer via email regarding the unavailability. At that point, customers have the option to request a substitute item or receive a refund for the unavailable product. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will automatically refund the amount for the missing item and proceed to ship the rest of the order. Caga Toy is not responsible for providing further discounts or compensation for out-of-stock items and cannot be held accountable if customers fail to receive our notification. Product availability is not guaranteed at any given time; some items featured online may not be available in-store, and vice versa. We reserve the right to modify our product range and the content, features, and offerings of our website at any time, at our discretion, without prior notification.

Your privacy is paramount to us, which is why our packages are shipped in unmarked cardboard boxes, devoid of large logos or conspicuous lettering. This ensures that your purchase remains discreet, safeguarding against the curiosity of neighbours or children. Please note that due to legal requirements, including regulations and inspections, it is necessary for the waybill label to display the sender's information in a small, inconspicuous font. As such, the brand name will appear on your package in a subtle manner, maintaining discretion while complying with legal obligations.
